The staff were understanding and offered a refund for one night due to no hot water during my three-night stay. The room included a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. However, the overall cleanliness was alarming. the floors were grimy, and I found a penny in the bathroom that seemed to have been there for some time. The beds had only sheets, forcing us to use the covers awkwardly. Additionally, the hot water issue rendered the bathtub useless, significantly diminishing the experience.

The kids loved the cable programming, which kept them entertained after a long day. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable, making it easier for my family to recharge for our adventures in Tempe.

My wife says that the smoke smell in the room was quite unpleasant.
